数控机床的驱动性能及位置控制性能是决定机床性能的关键.直流伺服电动机带动机床工作台,通过编码器检测电动机的转速,利用PLC的高速计数功能实现电机转速及机床工作台位移的检测,通过PLC输出脉冲的设定,完成对伺服电动机转速控制,进而实现对工作台的进给控制.
