制造执行系统是处于计划层和现场控制层之间的执行层,具有承上启下的重要作用.本文研究了如何建立轮胎生产过程的制造执行系统,来实现设备信息的采集和控制,以便管理层及时得到准确信息并及时做出反应.

Manufacturing Execution System （MES） is the executive layer between the scheming layer and local controlling layer. MES takes very important actions between them. This paper researchs how to establish the MES in the production process of tyre and it can realize the collection of equipmentsi information and control so that the managing layer acquire correct information and react in time.
