基于MVC结构的开发平台,采用J2EE中的JSP、ServletJ、avaBean以及JDBC技术,根据黑龙江省船务信息化系统建设的总体目标、业务组成和系统设计原则,实现了一种基于J2EE/MVC的航务管理信息系统,该系统的实施为提高政府管理水平奠定了信息化的基础。

It presents the process of researching and establishing of the management information system of Heilongjiang provincial navigational fairs bureau. Based on J2EE/ MVC, the application of this system establishes the information bases of improving the governmental management.
