高校贷款建设财务风险防范的几点认识

On the Prevention of the Financial Risks of the Construction Loans for Colleges and Universities

高校抢抓机遇,利用银行贷款改善办学条件,解决了事业发展过程中的实际困难。但部分高校对贷款风险认识不够,贷款规模大大超出高校自身的经济承受能力,使之面临一定的财务风险。文章在对上述分析基础上,提出防范和化解高校贷款建设财务风险,促进高校持续健康发展。

In recent years many colleges and universities are taking advantages of the bank loans to improve the conditions of the schools and have solved some financial problems that arise in the course of development. However,some colleges and universities have not fully realized the financial risks that they should face because the loans sum has sometimes far exceeded the financial capabilities.The author of this paper tries to put forward some suggestions on the prevention of the financial risks of the construction loans for colleges and universities.
