Appointed by the Party, Liu Ding , as the member of the Communist Party of China connecting with Zhang Xue Liang＇ s Northeastern Army, had contributed to promoting the forming of Zhang Xue Liang＇s thought of resisting Japan, breaking out of Xi ＇an Incident, and peaceful setting of Xi＇an Incident.
