摘要
建立、健全严格的考核聘任制度,是高校教师管理工作的一项核心任务。本文论述了考核聘任制的基础、前提、作用,并指出考核聘任制是提高教师队伍整体素质的重要保证。
To set up and improve a strict check up and engagement system is a core task in the process of management on teachers in Colleges and universities. This paper describes the basis, permise, contents of the check up and engagement system and suggests it to be come an important guarantee to improve the overall quality of all the teachers.
