摘要
对32个中国栽培香菇品种和2个野生子实体的遗传多样性进行了RAPD标记研究,9个引物共扩增出113条DNA带,83.19%具有多态性。结果显示,34个香菇菌株间均有遗传上的差异,但遗传相关性极高,表明中国栽培菌株间的遗传背景单一。
Rirty-two cultivated stocks and two wild fmitbodies of Lentinula edodes were studied with RAPD marker. A total of 98 ISSR bands were amplified with 9 primers, and 83.19% were found to be polymorphic. Re results revealed that genetic diversity was high among all strains. Re study demonstrated that most commercial cultivars of L. eclodes in China had few genotypes.
