摘要 氨基甲酸乙酯是重要的化工原料.将尿素与无水乙醇混合,以浓H2SO4为催化剂,回流72h,产生大量白色NH4HSO4固体,趁热过滤,除去NH4HSO4固体,滤液常压蒸馏,蒸出多余的乙醇,得到一种胶状物.将胶状物用热的石油醚洗涤、抽滤,得到白色、针状固体氨基甲酸乙酯,产率33.7%. Ethyl carbonate is an important material of chemical industry. Mixing up urea with abso- lute ethyl alcohol, with thigh H2SO4 as catalyst, for 72 hours'reflux, will produce a great amount of white solid NH4HSO4. Filter while it is hot; eliminate solid NH4HSO4 ; distil under the normal pressure and extra alcohol will be distilled; as a result, a kind of collide will be obtained. After it is cleansed with petrol-ether and filtered, a kind of white, needled solid-ethyl carbonate will be obtained. It's yield rate is 33. 7%.
