广州市属高等教育如何盘活存量和扩大增量

How Guangzhou Municipal Higher Educational Institutions Manage to Revitalize the Stock Resources and Enlarge Increment

广州市高等教育大众化发展的主要任务,一是要尽可能地扩大高等教育发展规模,二是要进一步提高质量与效益。文章就广州市属高等职业教育、民办高等教育和社区高等教育发展的三个问题,进行了分析和讨论,并提出了若干对策建议。

The first main task of Guangzhou municipal mass higher education development is to enlarge its development scale, while the second is to improve quality and enhance benefit. Integrated with the author＇s research experience of undertaking one of the chief research projects of the tenth five- year programs of Guangzhou Educational Science on Mass Higher Education and Guangzhou municipal higher education reform and development, and focusing on the first task, this paper has carried out analysis and discussion on the following three aspects： Guangzhou municipal vocational education, private higher education and community higher education, and brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
