摘要
在听、说、读、写四个方面中,阅读是极其重要的一个环节。但目前理工科院校学生的阅读能力并不令人十分满意,表现在阅读技巧欠缺、阅读习惯欠佳、阅读兴趣不浓等方面,因此,应加强语篇阅读教学及应用。文章通过实验的方法探讨了语篇分析理论的运用对理工类学生阅读能力的影响。结果表明,在阅读中运用语篇教学法,对提高学生的阅读能力有明显的促进作用。
Reading plays a significant role in the four skills for English learning. But nowadays the students' performance in reading is not very satisfactory and needs strengthening. An experiment with our non-English sophomores as subjects shows that discourse analysis in teaching English reading has a significant influence on improving the students' reading ability.
