摘要
手动变速器的1档同步器2种使用工况:一是在停车起步挂入1档时,不需要同步器起作用;二是在行驶减速换入1档时,又需要有较大的同步器容量。为满足上述要求,一些新型同步器应运而生。单向同步器和大容量同步器等结构,在现代轿车的1档同步器中已经屡见不鲜。文中介绍了这2种同步器的结构原理和设计计算,以便于在国产变速器中得到应用。
There are two situations in the usage of the 1st-shift synchronizer in the manual transmission.One situation is when the ear is going to move and it is going to be shifted to the 1st-shift,at this time there is no need for the synchronizer to affect.Second situation is when the car is decelerated to be transferred to the first-shift;there is a large amount of need for capactity of synchronizer.There are some new structures of synchronizer coming into being to meet these needs.The new structures of one-way synchronizer and synchronizer with large capacity are qute normal in the first-shift synchronizer of modem automobile.The paper introduces structural principle and computing method of design for these two synchronizers,and want to use the way in the making of national-made transmission.
