中国进口产品反倾销措施实施效果实证分析

Analytic Demonstration to the Effect of Import Anti-dumping in China,

我国对进口产品实行反倾销已日渐成熟,本文从实证角度并结合我国实施反倾销的具体案例,对中国进口反倾销实施效果进行了分析,认为目前我国的反倾销措施主要有调控产品进口、保护幼稚产业以及导致投资替代三方面的作用。由此提出了应该综合考虑上下游企业的利益、注重政策效应和法律效应的统一以及做好重要行业的预警信息统计工作等方面的完善措施。

Our country has put anti-dumping into practice more and more frequently. This article analyses the effect of Anti-dumping by demonstration according to the cases happened in China recently. We think the practice of anti-dumping can control the import of foreign products, protect the infantile industry and lead to substitute of investment. Based on the analyses, we suggest we should consider the benefit both the upriver and downriver enterprises＇ ,lay weight on effect unification of policy and law,and make good work on information statistics.
