胡黄连苷Ⅱ对哮喘大鼠的抗炎平喘作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的:评价胡黄连苷Ⅱ对哮喘大鼠气道炎症和气管收缩的作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、哮喘组和干预组,每组10只。用卵白蛋白系统致敏加局部激发的方法制作哮喘模型。干预组d8起每天给予胡黄连苷Ⅱ(100mg/kg)灌胃,连续14d。哮喘组、干预组大鼠均d15予2%卵白蛋白液诱喘,记录诱喘潜伏期。d22测定气道阻力,进行支气管肺泡灌洗液的细胞计数、分类计数及肺组织病理观察。结果:与哮喘组相比,干预组大鼠诱喘潜伏期显著延长(P<0.01),哮喘反应减轻;基础呼气阻力显著降低(P<0.05),肺顺应性显著升高(P<0.05);支气管肺泡灌洗液的细胞总数和嗜酸性粒细胞计数均显著减少(均P<0.01);支气管炎性病理改变减轻。结论:胡黄连苷Ⅱ可减轻气道炎症,抑制支气管收缩,对哮喘大鼠有抗炎平喘作用。 Objective:To observe picroside Ⅱ effects on airway inflammation and bronchial contraction in asthmatic model rats.Methods:Wistar rats were randomized into three groups:control group,asthma model group and picroside Ⅱ treatment group.The asthma model was established by ovalbumin.Observing provocation symptom,register wheezing-induced delitescence,counting the ceils of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and inspecting the rnorphologic changes in the lung tissue.Results:Compared with asthma model group,treatment group has a longer wheezing-induced latency (P〈0.01),a lower expiratory resistance,a higher dynamic lung compliance,a significant fewer number of eosinophils in BALF and a more obuiously alleviative inflammatory morphologic change in the pathologic examination.Concllt, sion:Picroside Ⅱ can alleviate airway inflammation and bronchial contraction in asthmatic model rats and may be a new drug on asthma treatment.
