通过对广东省委党校县处级干部培训班学员300份问卷调查和典型调查,开展互动式研讨,获得了县处级干部层面关于出生人口性别比现状、问题、原由及对策的第一手资料和研究成果,对解决出生人口性别比偏高问题有所裨益。

Based on the data from a survey of three hundred governmental officials of county level and other mid - level from Guangdong＇s different areas, this paper analyses their understanding of the status, problems, causes of high birth sex ratio and the counterpart measures, which will definitely helps in solving the high birth sex ratio problems in Guangdong.
