According to one long-drawn-out and uncompleted commercial building its reconstruction and extension design are briefly introduced. Combined with on-site measurement the reinforcement treatment with carbon fiber sheet, the setting of late poured band and the connection between young and old parts are discussed. Practice acquired good effects.
