摘要
在经济日益全球化的今天,各跨国公司必须在文化适应方面不断调整其管理策略,其中“一体化/特性化矩阵理论”是一种重要的决策方式。同时,它们还要运用各种指标分析各国不同的文化,并使用“跨文化训练”使得管理决策者们具有对不同文化的适应性。
Facing the economic globalization, multinational companies must adjust their managing strategy in culture adaptability. “Theory of matrix” is an important strategy among them. Simultanenusly, they must use some index to analyse the different national cultures. They must use the method of “culture training” to make the managers get adaptability for different cultures.
