河北、广东省预防接种副反应监测试点培训效果评估

Evaluation on Effectiveness of Training for AEFI Surveillance Pilot in Hebei and Guangdong Provinces

目的对2004年3月在河北、广东两个预防接种副反应(AEFI)监测试点省,举办的省、市级AEFI监测师资人员培训班的培训效果进行评估。方法对参加培训的省、市级计划免疫工作人员进行了培训前后现场问卷调查,采用统一设计的问卷以匿名方式评估培训效果。结果培训后河北、广东省的计划免疫工作人员对《AEFI监测试点工作指南》、AEFI报告与监测相关知识的掌握程度有显著提高,几乎所有参加培训的人员(97.25%)形成的共识是,有必要开展AEFI监测试点工作,但需要尽快完善相关法律、法规,并建立适用的补偿机制。结论开展AEFI培训十分必要,此次培训内容适合实际工作需要。但参加培训人员对部分知识和技能的了解仍存在着盲点,需要在今后的培训中进一步加强。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the training for provincial and prefectural levels in Hebei and Guangdong provinces surveillance pilot study conducted in 2005. Methods A standardized questionnaire has been developed by China CDC and distributed to the trainees before and after training. Results The results suggested that the knowledge level of the trainees on AEFI surveillance guideline and related increased significantly after training. Almost all of the trainees believed that it is necessary to implement the pilot study on AEFI surveillance in China,while at present, the weakness for implementing the AEFI surveillance in China is that the related regulations on AEFI and the compensation system have not been well established. Conclusion Some knowledges and skills need to be added in the future training programs.
