Analysis of Inoculation Rate and Occurrent of Side Reaction Before and After Carrying out Impartment System of Immune Vaccination

摘要 目的了解实施接种疫苗告知制后,对免疫接种率和不良反应发生率的影响.方法对2002~2004年实施接种疫苗告知制前后的免疫接种率和不良反应发生率进行调查分析.结果实施接种疫苗告知制前后常住户儿童和外来儿童计划免疫疫苗报告接种率分别在99%和97%以上,调查接种率分别在97%和94%以上,及时接种率分别在95%和80%以上.但及时接种率2004年比2003年、2002年有所下降.异常反应逐年下降,纠纷也有减少.结论为了提高疫苗及时接种率,医生应根据免疫程序,多关心那些因病等原因暂时未能及时接种的儿童,一旦病情好转或痊愈,不属于接种疫苗禁忌证范畴的,应及时通知前来接种疫苗. Objective In order to understand the influence on inoculation rate and the occurrent of side reaction after carrying out impartment system of immune vaccinaion. Methods The inoculation rate and the occurrent of side reaction from 2002 to 2004 before and after carrying out impartment system of immune vaccination were investigated and analyzed Results It indicated that the inoculation report rate and the inoculation inspection rate of the vaccine of EPI were maintained high levels in native and children (above 99 % , 97 % , 97 % , 94 % ) before and after carrying out impartment system of immune vaccinaion. But timely inoculation rate of most vaccines of EPI in 2004 were decreased remarkably over 2003 or 2002 in native and un-native children. It indicated that the occurrent of abnormal reaction and the dispute were decreased remarkably year after year. Conclusion After carrying out impartment system of immune vaccination the inoculation rate of the vaccine of EPI were continually maintained high levels and the occurrent of abnormal reaction were reduced. The reliability of immune vaccination was raised. In order to increase timely inoculation rate, we suggest that the doctors be concerned with the children who cannot be inoculated timely because of illness and so on. The doctors should keep contact with patriarch and infomed timely them carrying the children to vaccination after the children were recovered without contraindication.
