雷林1号桉33枯梢病的病原鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 雷林1号桉33枯梢病病原菌鉴定为BotryodiplodiatheobromaePat.(Limetal,1985)。病原因菌丝体在温度30~33℃生长最好,分生孢子在29~31℃萌芽率最高。光照强度在1000~2000lx能迅速大量产生子座形成分生孢子。菌体在PH6.5生长最佳。相对湿度81%~90%最适于菌丝发育。 The pothogen which cause Eucalyptus No. 1 dieback is identified as Botryodiplodia Pat. (Lim et al). The temprature 30-33℃ is favourable for mycelium to grow. The germination rate of conidia is the highest in temprature 29-31℃. Stroma and conidia are formed rapidly in quantity in the light intensity from 1 000 1x to 2 000 1x. pH 6. 5 and 81% ̄90% of relative humidity are the most suitable conditions for pothogen to grow.
