敏感性分析在新型农村合作医疗中的应用——来自甘肃省灵台县的实证研究

The Application of Sensitivity Analysis in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System

敏感性分析,又称敏感度分析,它通过几个主要变量在一定范围内的变动,分析这种变动对结果带来的影响。运用敏感性分析的方法对灵台县新型农村合作医疗的住院统筹账户进行分析,发现次均住院费用、住院补偿率和补偿比例是影响新型农村合作医疗住院统筹账户平衡的主要因素,最后针对该县住院统筹账户运行现况提出相应的政策建议。

Sensitvity analysis is applied to deal with the problem of uncertainty,This article applies it to analysis the inpatient fund of the new rural cooperative medical system.Through analyzing the inpatient fund, we find three factors influence the balance of the fund.At last we analyze the status quo of inpatient fund and give our suggestions.
