摘要
德国职业教育有如下成功经验：坚持“双元制”的优良传统,强调职业教育与普通教育的融合,重视职业教育的法制化,注重职教师资的培养与培训,倡导先进的办学理念等,这些对发展我国职业技术教育有重要的启示。
This paper probes into the successful experience of German vocational education： persisting in a fine tradition of double vocational education system, emphasizing the mergence between vocational education and common education, attaching importance to the building of the legal system, laying stress on fostering and training teachers, proposing advanced ideas for running a school. It is a very important revelation to develop our vocational education.
