望水白和苏麦3号构建的DH群体赤霉病抗性比较 被引量:12

摘要 利用抗病品种望水白和苏麦3号分别与感病品种Alondra’s杂交,F1花药培养诱导单倍体,经染色体加倍构建了2个DH群体。2001-2003年连续3年在赤霉病常发重病区福建省建阳市进行了赤霉病抗性鉴定。通过聚类分析把2个DH群体分成稳定的抗病DH系、稳定的感病DH系、稳定的中抗DH系以及抗性不稳定的DH系4类,4种类型在2个DH群体中的比例相似。望水白/Alondra’sDH群体赤霉病抗性比苏麦3号/Alondra’sDH群体强,但其抗性不如苏麦3号DH群体稳定。遗传模型分析表明在望水白/Alondra’s和苏麦3号/Alondra’s2组合各自至少存在2对主基因差异。主基因可以解释70%以上表型抗性,多基因可以解释15%左右的表型抗性。由于3年的发病条件有差异,基因间表现出相互独立、加性上位、等加性和累加作用等不同互作模式。 Fusarium head blight (FHB) is one of the most destructive diseases that cause the yield loss and makes the inferior quality of seeds. Recently, with the change of crop rotation and warm climate, wheat Scab was extended and aggravated in some areas in China. Wheat cultivar Sumai 3 played an important part in the breeding program due to more stable resistance and better agricultural traits. Most cultivars grown were related with Sumai 3 or its derivatives. It is disadvantageous for the diversity of genetic resources. Landrace Wangshuibai originated in China is one of the best germplasms for the resistance of wheat scab, but was less used in the breeding program and genetic study due to poor agronomic traits. To exploit genetic resource, scientists have paid more attention to Wangshuibai that seemed to show better resistance to scab lately. Doubled haploid population (DH) constructed using Wangshuibai, was less reported. In our study, two DH populations from Wangshuibai/Alondra' s and Sumai 3/Alondra' s were constructed through doubling chromosome of the haploid induced by anther culture of hybrid F1 . The resistance to FHB was identified in three successive years, 2001, 2002 and 2003, in Jianyang, Fujian Province, China, where epidemic of FHB is consistently severe. The individual lines of two DH populations could be grouped into four different resistance types by cluster analysis: lines with stable resistance, stable susceptibility, stable moderate resistance and unstable resistance. Percentage of four types in two populations appeared to be similar. Resistance of DH population from Wanggshuihai/Alondra' s was higher than that from Sumai 3/Alondra' s, but the stability of resistance lower than the latter. Analysis of genetic model revealed that at least two pairs of major genes were relevant to FHB resistance in beth DH populations that explained 70% of the phenotypic variations. The model of gene interactions varied with years due to different epidemic condition.
