摘要
对掺塑化剂,粉煤灰掺量达80%的烧结砖的制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明,外掺4%塑化剂D的混合料,在8kN压力下成型,采用自然干燥24h,升温至50℃恒温2h,升温至80℃再恒温2h的干燥制度及在1040℃下保温时间2h的烧成制度,获得了密度为1430kg/m3,吸水率27.86%,抗压强度25.4MPa的烧结砖试样。
Study has been made on preparation process of sintered brick with 80% flay ash and plasticizer. The result shows that admixture adding 4% plasticizer D, under forming pressure of 8 kN, adopting natural drying for 24 h, drying system of warming up to 50℃ and holding for 2 h, warming up to 80℃ and holding for 2 h, and sintering system of 1040℃ holding for 2h. Thus sintered brick specimen with density of 1430 kg/m^3, water absorption 27.86% and compression strength 25.4 MPa can be obtained.
