地理环境整体性理论的逻辑基础

Integration Principle of Geography

“和谐社会”构建的重要基础是地理环境特别是地理环境整体性。对于地理环境整体性的研究有“实证”与“理解”二个互补的研究途径。地理环境整体性的研究应在“本体论”意义的研究的基础上着重于“认识论”和“方法论”意义上的研究。以自组织方法论为指导的地理环境整体性的研究应主要着重于地理环境整体性的形成条件、基本动力、基本途径、基本结构和复杂图景等方面。整体性不仅是地理环境的基本性质之一,而且也(应该)是地理学的基本原理之一。

Studied by two mutual-complementary methods： demenstration and comprehension, the research of integration of geographical environment should emphasize more on “epistemology” and “methodology” on basis of “ontology”. Under the guidance of methodology of self-organization, the research should pay more attention to such aspects of integration of geographical environment as the forming factors, basic motivations, fundamental methods, elementary structures and complex prospects and so on, which is not only one of the elementary nature of geographical environment but also one of the basic principle of geography.
