摘要
以实体人性论为哲学基础的西方传统管理思想是一种模式管理,以马克思主义实践人性论为哲学基础的管理思想是一种实践管理。模式管理如同一把“双刃剑”,有其合理性的一面,也有“见物不见人”、“重利轻义”等局限性。建构马克思主义的实践管理是超越模式管理的必然选择,这不仅有着重要的理论价值和实践意义,而且对于当前我国提出的“以人为本”的科学发展观和建立和谐社会的目标更有着积极的意义。
Traditional Western management thoughts based on entitative philosophical humanity is of model management,while those based on practical philosophical humanity of Marxism is of practical one. Like a two - blade sword, model management has its rationality and its limitations,such as “its emphasis on things and neglect of man”, “its stresses onbenefits rather than justice”, etc. Therefore,to go beyond model management and establish Marxist practical management is an inevitable choice.This does not only of important theoretical and practical significances,but of positive significances for the viewpoint of scientific development of “man - based” management and the building of a harmonious society in present - day China.
