摘要 通过构建基于平衡计分卡这种全面的绩效评估方法的战略绩效评估与管理模型,并从战略目标分析、战略控制和战略绩效评估三个层次来说明这一模型的实施。 The Balanced Scorecard(BSC) adds up some new indexes and turns strategic aims into operation measurements from the aspects of communication, operation and learning. This paper sets up a new model of strategic appraisal and management with the core of the BSC, and explains how to use this model from the aspect of strategic aim analysis, strategic control and strategic performance appraisal.
