摘要
诚信是社会经济发展的道德基础,是社会主义市场经济的立足点,在经济转型过程中,由于历史的、现实的原因,使社会信用严重缺损,且已成为生产力发展的“瓶颈”。正视现实,提高社会的诚信水平,需要从道德和制度两个层面来进行建设。
Credibility is the basis of morality in the development of social economy as well as the foothold of social market economy. However during the process of economic track-shifting, as a result of history and reality, the absence of social credibility becomes serious as well as “bottle neck” of development of productivity, we are required to conduct it in two Levels:morality and system.
