摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌中Survivin,Endoglin蛋白表达与乳腺癌血管生成的相关性。方法:通过免疫组化En-Vision法,检测Survivin,Endoglin在100例乳腺癌组织、30例乳腺增生组织、56例正常乳腺组织中的表达。结果:Survivin在正常乳腺组织、乳腺增生组织及乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为3.6%、6.7%、76.0%,后者的阳性率明显高于前两者(P<0.005);Survivin表达在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin蛋白的表达在乳腺癌高、中、低分化组织中依次上调,低分化、中分化乳腺癌组织中阳性率较高分化显著升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01);Endoglin在正常乳腺组织、乳腺增生组织及乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为0、3.33%、53.0%,后者的阳性率明显高于前两者(P<0.05);Endoglin在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中表达明显升高(P<0.05);Survivin、Endoglin表达阳性组中MVD均显著高于表达阴性组(P<0.05);Survivin表达与Endoglin表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Sur-vivin与Endoglin在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,二者在乳腺癌的发生发展及肿瘤血管生成过程中发挥协同作用。
Objective: To study the expression of survivin, endoglin in the breast cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis and its significance. Methods: The expression of survivin, endoglin and apoptosis was detected in 100 cases of breast cancer,30 cases of hyperplasia mammary and 56 cases of the normal tissue by using immunohisochemical EnVision. Results: The positive rates of survivin were 3.6%, 6.7%, 76.0% in the normal tissue,hyperplasia mammary and breast cancer, the positive rates in the last groups was higher than those in the former two groups (P〈0.005). The expression of survivin was correlated with lymph node metastasis although the difference is significant (P〈0.05). The expression of survivin protein of high differentiation group, middle and low differentiation group were 35.0%, 83.1% and 95.2%. The statistic between middle, low differentiation group and high differentiation group was different (P〈0.005). The positive rates of endoglin were 0, 3.33%, 53.0% in the normal tissue, hyperplasia mammary and breast cancer, the positive rates in the last groups was higher than those in the former two groups (P〈0.05); The expression of endoglin was correlated with lymph node metastasis although the difference is significant (P〈0.05); MVD in both survivin and endoglin positive tumors was significant higher than in survivin and endoglin negative tumors (P〈0.05); Significant relationship was found between survivin and endoglin (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Experssion of survivin and endoglin expressed in breast cancer is upregulated and the two exert the synergy during the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer as well as angiogenesis of the tumor.
