摘要
为研究车轮剥离失效的影响因素,为车轮的选材提供依据,通过选择几种不同含碳量的钢材,研究了含碳量对磨损及剥离的影响。研究结果表明:含碳量的改变,对材料的摩擦因数基本没有影响,但可以改变材料的磨损机制;材料的抗磨损能力随含碳量增加而迅速增大。
In order to study the effect factors of shelling failure for wheel ,some tests were carried out for four materials with different content of carbon. The results indicate that,with the increase of carbon content,there is a little of changes on the coefficient of friction during testing, but it can change the type of wear, and .the resistance of wear of material is rapidly enhanced.
