摘要
以前期研究成果为基础,从密封机理出发,结合某型号进口直升机起落架密封的具体需求,对金属橡胶密封构件的设计计算进行了深入的研究,分析了金属橡胶密封构件的工作机理及失效形式,给出了确定其最小过盈量的计算公式,为该型号直升机起落架密封的正常工作及密封构件的设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the former research results, an i.-depth research on the design calculation of metal rubber sealing components was made according to the sealing mechanism and the sealing requirements of the undercarriage of an imported helicopter. The working mechanism and the forms of failure were analyzed and the confirmed formula of minimum interference was presented, which provides the theory basis for the normal working and the design of the sealing components of this kind of helicopter undercarriage.
