加氢精制和异构脱蜡基础油的摩擦学性能和抗氧化性能比较 被引量:6

摘要 分别对加氢精制和异构脱蜡方法得到的两种基础油以及在添加剂状态下的摩擦学性能进行了测试,同时对其抗氧化性能进行了分析试验。结果表明,异构脱蜡油对添加剂的溶解性和抗紫外线能力均优异;基础油和复配后的异构脱蜡油的承载能力不如加氢精制油,但抗磨减摩能力相差不大;异构脱蜡油加入SJ汽油机油复合添加剂后抗氧化性能好于加氢精制油,但加入CF4柴油机油复剂后,抗氧化性能不如加氢精制油,因此异构脱蜡油代替加氢精制油还需对添加剂进行重新复配。 The anti-wear and the load-carrying capacity properties of ZDDP and additives package in the hydrofining and iso-dewaxing base oil were investigated on a four ball friction and wear tester, using conventional hydrofining as a comparison, while their antioxidant properties were examined by means of DSC and coke-forming plate. The results that iso-dewaxing base oil exhibits excellent solvency and anti-ultraviolet radiation ability, but the iso-dewaxing lubricant is poor in terms of the load-carrying capacity, while their anti-wear and reducer friction capacity is approximate. Iso-dewaxing base oil exhibits better antioxidant properties than hydrofining base oil when filled SJ additives package, however, CF4 additives package is opposites, so it was importance to study further the lubricant additives package used in iso-dewaxing base oil in order to meet the lubricant need of equipment.
