摘要
针对转子碰摩的特点,建立了以刚度为分段线性的Jeffcott转子模型,并对此模型进行了仿真计算,结果表明:转速低于临界转速时系统存在高阶倍频成分;转速超过一阶临界转速后系统中出现分频振动成分;当转速接近临界转速的整数倍时,该转速频率的幅值显著增大。按照转子碰摩模型,建立了转子碰摩故障试验系统,进行了转子碰摩故障模拟试验,采集了比较有代表性的碰摩样本数据,并得到每个状态下的频谱图和轴心轨迹图。试验分析与基于碰摩力模型的仿真分析结果一致,此研究对及时准确地诊断和预报旋转机械转子早期动静碰摩故障具有非常重要的意义。
Based on the characteristics of rotor' s rub-impact, the differential coefficient equation of Jeffcott' s rotor model was set up. The simulation of rotor' s rub-impact indicates that system exists high level double frequency ingredient under critical rotate speed and partial rubimpact, system appears fractional frequency vibration ingredient when rotate speed exceeds critical speed and the amplitude of this frequency increases evidently. According to Jeffcott' s rotor model of rub- impact, a rotor rub-impact fault testing system was established. The experiment simulates the process of normal running, partial rub-impact and serious rub-impact, the representational sample of data was gathered, and frequency spectrum charts and axes tracks were gotten.
