摘要
将JFO边界条件引入曲柄滑动轴承的数值模拟计算过程,在成功求解Reynolds方程的基础上,选择一具体的内燃机曲柄滑动轴承进行了深入研究,探讨了若干因素对内燃机曲柄滑动轴承性能的影响。结果表明:采用JFO边界条件得出的轴心轨迹曲线与采用雷诺边界条件求出的轨迹曲线在形状上十分相似,油膜厚度的变化曲线与载荷的变化过程是一致的,说明将JFO边界条件应用于曲柄滑动轴承的研究是完全可行的。
Reynolds equation was calculated by use of JFO boundary, condition in the numerical simulating research of the lubrication properties of crankshaft bearing, and the influences of some parameters on the lubrication properties of crankshaft bearing were analyzed. The results show that the axes track curves aquired by JFO boundary conditions and by Reynolds boundary conditions are similar, and the change of oil film thickness curves are consistent with the change of load curves ,which proves that the JFO boundary conditions can be used to study the properties of crankshaft bearing.
