在分析铁谱油液诊断法基本原理及诊断步骤的基础上,提出将该方法应用于诊断往复机械磨损故障。现场应用表明,该方法是实际有效的。

On the basis of analyzing the principle of ferromagnetic oil diagnosis and the steps of diagnosis, the method was put forward to be applied in abrasion fault diagnosis of reciprocating machine. The method is proved to be practical efficient by field-application.
