草原红牛肉用性能微卫星标记的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用草原红牛、利木赞牛与草原红牛杂交后代共计40头作为试验牛群体,以肉牛线性体型评分方法中的肌肉度评分性状和屠宰肉用性状作为衡量其肉用性能的指标,利用SPSS软件分析了8个微卫星位点基因标记与肉用性能的关系。结果表明,BM 2113等位基因C(142 bp)对净肉重和净肉率性状有正面影响;IDVGA 46等位基因C(211 bp)对肉用性能有负面影响;BM 1824等位基因A(171 bp)对腰厚性状有正效应;TGLA 44等位基因E(221 bp)对甲、腰厚、臀部外形等肌肉度评分性状和体质量、胴体重以及净肉重等屠宰肉用性状有正面影响。 Fourty individuals of Glassland Red Cattle(GLRC) and its improved hybrids by Limousine(LM) were chosen as test population ,and the muscularity evaluation traits in the regulation of linear valuation and slaughtering meaty traits were used to evaluate their beef performance traits,and the relationship between the beef performance and 8 microsatellite genetic markers was analyzed by using SPSS. The results showed that,for microsatellite BM2113,the allele C(142 bp) had a positive correlation with net meat weight and net meat rate;for microsatellite IDVGA46,the allele C (211 bp) had a negative correlation with the five muscularity evaluation and four slaughter meaty traits;for BM1824 ,the allele A(171 bp) had a positive correlation with Loin thickness;for microsatellite TGLA44,the allele E(221 bp) had a positive correlation with some muscularity evaluation traits such as withers, loin thickness, buttocks shape, and some slaughtering meaty traits such as body weight, carcass weight and net meat weight.
