摘要
目的:探讨伊菠丁基甲基黄嘌呤对海马区环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)合成的影响。方法:嵌夹沙土鼠的双侧颈总动脉复制的脑缺血模型,应用免疫荧光组织化学染色方法。结果:脑缺血再灌注后,海马区cGMP合成增加。使用磷酸二酯酶(PDE)抑制剂IBMX,cGMP合成增加,cGMP阳性细胞主要分布于海马本部放射层及腔隙分子层。cGMP阳性细胞的数量与IBMX的剂量有关。结论:伊菠丁基甲基黄嘌呤增加cGMP的合成。
AIM: To observe the effects of IBMX on cGMP production in gerbil hippocampus after recircnlation following ischemia. METHODS: Bilateral occlusion of common carotid arteries and inununofluorescent staining methods in gerbil hippocampal tissue slice were used. RESULTS: Recircnlation following ischemia caused a rise in hippocampus cGMP concentration. IBMX increased cGMP production, cGMP positive cells mainly distributed in rediatum layer and molecular layer in the CAI subfield. CONCLUSION: IBMX increased cGMP production in gerbil hippocampus after recircnlation following ischemia.
