Transition of Social Capital in Contemporary Chinese Society

处于转型期的当代中国社会,正经历着一场治理危机和治理之道的变革。治理危机就其本质而言,是社会资本的危机。而当代中国的社会资本危机则是传统社会资本与现代社会资本之间的一种结构断裂性危机。因此,实现社会资本从传统到现代的结构转型,不仅是消解社会资本危机的根本途径,而且是当代中国社会实行治道之变的重要前提。

Just in the period of transition, the contemporary Chinese society is experiencing a great reform of crisis governance and its method. Governance of crisis, in nature, is the crisis of social capital. The social capital crisis is that without the link of traditional social capital and the modern social capital. Therefore, the transition of social capital in structure from tradition to modern is not only the ultimate root to dispose that crisis but also the prerequisite to achieve the change of governance in contemporary Chinese society.
