摘要
通过对左/右差速器轴承座零件结构和原工艺的分析,找出了铸件缩孔、缩松问题的实质,应用铸件均衡凝固技术,采取合理的工艺和零件结构改进等措施,消除了铸件缩孔、缩松,取得了较好的效果。
Based on analysis the part structure of the left/right differential gear bearing base and the original foundry process, the substances which cause the shrinkage and dispersed shrinking was explored. With the reasonable adjust the part structure the proportional solidification technique had been successfully applied that eliminate shrinkage and dispersed shrinking with good result.
