摘要
对B在中碳低合金铸钢中的作用进行了试验研究,探索了微量元素B、Al、Ti的相互作用和对冲击韧度的影响.结果表明,B能够显著提高中碳低合金铸钢的冲击韧度,Al、Ti对中碳低合金铸钢冲击韧度无明显影响,但Al能一定程度地影响B的吸收,从而间接地影响铸钢的冲击韧度.最佳的B、Al、Ti的含量为0.0021%~0.0038%B、0.02%~0.04%Al、0.012%~0.025%Ti.
Research and investigate the indicate that boron the effect on impact toughness of boron content in mid-carbon low alloying boron cast steel, interaction of boron, aluminium, titanium and its effect on impact toughness. The results can increase the impact toughness obviously, the effect of aluminium and titanium is not obviously, however aluminium can effect the rccovery efficiency of boron in a certain extent, this produces indirect effect on the impact toughness. The optimal content is B 0. 0021- 40. 0038%,Al 0. 0240.04%,and Ti 0. 01240. 025%.
