摘要
目的:研究大学生非理性信念的成因及特点,探讨大学生非理性信念的矫治方法。资料来源:作者本人在大学生心理辅导工作中获得的第一手材料及问卷调查结果。资料选择:选择大学生理性信念和非理性信念相关资料及调查结果。资料提炼:对在心理辅导工作中所收集的资料及2000份问卷调查结果进行处理、分析和归纳。资料综合:相当一部分大学生存在有非理性信念,这些非理性信念往往导致不良的认知模式,影响着他们的思维和行为方式的选择。结论:根据大学生非理性信念的特点及成因,有针对性地采用适当的途径和方法进行矫正与教育,可取得良好的教育效果。
OBJECTIVE: To research the reasons and characteristics of irrational notions in college students, and find out its rectification. DATA SOURCES: All the data came from the first-hand materials and results of questionnaire investigation in the writer's experience in the psychological education of college students. STUDY SELECTION: The data related to the rational and irrational notions of college students and the investigative results were selected. DATA EXTRACTION: The collected data and investigative results of 2 000 questionnaires were sorted, analyzed and summed up. DATA SYNTHESIS: Quite a lot of students have irrational notions, which always lead to unhealthy cogitation modes, and then affect their selection of behaviors and thoughts. CONCLUSION: It is a useful and effective way to cure the irrational notions of college students, if we deal with this problem considerately and seriously.
