大脑半球功能不对称与脑血管病的中医康复

Dissymmetric function of cerebral hemisphere and the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation of cerebrovascular disease

目的:从大脑半球功能不对称的角度认识和探讨脑血管病的中医康复方法。方法:分析大脑半球的不对称功能和中医相关理论,归纳总结对脑血管病的康复有指导意义的中医康复理论和方法。结果:中医理论“以左治右,以右治左”对脑血管病的康复有重要指导意义。其中,运动功能障碍的康复,要重视健侧肢体的功能锻炼;言语功能障碍的康复,需要训练右脑的功能,来替代左脑的语言功能。中医有很多类似的康复方法。结论:中医在脑血管病的康复治疗中有着重要的作用。脑血管病患者的年龄一般较大,脑功能康复的时间可能将会较长。

AIM： To cognize and investigate the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation approaches of eerebrovascular disease（CVD） on the basis of dissymmetric function of cerebral hemisphere. METHODS： The correlated similar and different theories of traditional Chinese medicine, and the function of cerebral hemisphere were analyzed. The theories and methods, which cnuht guide the rehabilitation of CVD, were concluded and summarized. RESULTS： The theory of puncturing the points on the left side of the body to cure the diseased right side and vice versa had the important guidance to the rehabilitation of CVD. The rehabilitation of motor dysfunction should think highly of functional exercise of uninjured side limbs. And the rehabilitation of taloplegia must train dextrocerebral function instead of levocerebral function. Traditional Chinese medicine had a good many analogical rehabilitation approaches. CONCLUSION： It is significant that using the rehabilitation approaches of traditional Chinese medicine in rehabilitation of CVD. The elder the patients of CVD are, the longer time for functional rehabilitation maybe is.
