Presents the features of electric thermal storage heating system , household hot-water supply system and ice thermal storage air conditioning system. Draws comparisons between DHC system and household separating system about primary investment and operation cost to reveal the former＇s superiority of economic and environment protection. Briefly introduces energy meter used in the project.
