非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血管内皮生长因子测定及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者(NHL)血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及临床意义.方法应用ELISA法检测初治32例NHL患者和20例正常对照组血清中VEGF含量.结果 NHL患者VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),病变为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、有纵隔浸润和腹部或腹部伴纵隔浸润患者血清VEGF水平明显高于病变为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、仅浅表淋巴结肿大患者(P<0.01).经治疗后达完全缓解的患者血清VEGF水平下降至正常或接近正常,与初治者相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),复发/进展者VEGF水平与初治者相比差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论血清VEGF水平可反映体内淋巴瘤细胞的总负荷和疾病状态,测定血清VEGF水平对NHL分期、病变部位的判断、疾病活动、疗效观察和预后具有一定临床意义.
