过敏性紫癜患者治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-8水平的变化 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在过敏性紫癜(allergicpurpura,AP)和过敏性紫癜肾(allergic purpura nephritis,APN)发病中的作用。方法用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测47例过敏性紫癜患者血清TNF-α和IL-8治疗前后的变化,了解其在AP发病中的作用。结果AP和APN急性发病期血清TNF-α和IL-8浓度较对照组明显增高(P<0.01);在恢复期,TNF-α和IL-8则明显下降;并且在APN中TNF-α浓度较AP略高。结论TNF-α和IL-8在AP和APN发病中发挥了一定的作用。
