PCNA、P21和COX-2在尖锐湿疣中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:研究尖锐湿疣组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、P21及环氧化酶-2(COX-2)蛋白表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法对30例尖锐湿疣组织及10例正常组织中PCNA、P21及COX-2蛋白进行检测。结果:30例尖锐湿疣组织中PCNA、P21阳性表达较正常对照组有不同程度的增加,有统计学意义;COX-2蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中阳性表达率13.3%(4/30),正常组织无阳性表达(0/10),两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);尖锐湿疣组织中PCNA与P21表达之间无相关性(r=0.196,P>0.05)。结论:PCNA、P21过表达与尖锐湿疣角质形成细胞自限性增殖密切相关。 Objective: To determine the expression of PCNA, P21 and COX - 2 in condyloma accuminatum (CA) and its significance. Methods: lmmunohistochemical method was adopted to measure the expressions of PCNA, P21 and COX - 2 in 30 cases of CA anti the normal control tissues of 10 CA cases. Results: The expressions of PCNA, P21 in the skin lesion of CA were signifieantly higher than that in the normal controls; the positivity rate of COX - 2 was 13.3% in CA tissues and no COX - 2 positive cells were found in the normal controls ( P 〉 0.05). Furthermore, the expression of PCNA was not correlated with P21 protein expression. Conclusion: The over expression of PCNA and P21 are closely related to the self- limited proliferation of keratinoeytes in CA.
