摘要
由于制造工艺和实际工作环境因数的影响,实际电子线路中的元器件及输入参数与其标称值之间总是存在着随机误差。在设计高精度的电子线路中,作为计算误差对电子线路性能的影响的容差分析就显得非常必要。该文介绍了蒙特卡罗分析用于电子线路容差分析的基本原理。由于VisSim自身不支持蒙特卡罗仿真,该文提出了基于VisSim与MATLAB的接口技术来实现电子线路的蒙特卡罗分析。通过对具体电子线路蒙特卡罗分析的结果证明了该方法的有效性。
Due to the influence of manufacture technology and practical working environment, there are random errors between the nominal value and the component or input parameters in electronic circuits. So tolerance analysis for calculating the influence of the errors is very necessary in designing high precision electronic circuits. In this paper, the theory of Monte Carlo analysis for electronic circuit is introduced. The software of VisSim doesnt support Monte Carlo analysis itself, but we can find solutions based on the technology of the interface of VisSim and MATLAB. Through the concrete examples using Monte Carlo analysis, we can draw a conclusion that this approach is efficient.
