摘要
随着中国诉讼制度、审判制度、审判方式的不断改革与完善，近年来关于改革现行司法鉴定体制。加强统一管理，规范司法鉴定活动的呼声非常强烈。2005年2月28日，十届全国人大常委会第十四次会议通过了《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》。该《决定》将于2005年10月1日起施行。这是我国第一个规范司法鉴定活动的重要法律性文件。以下是本刊记者就这一话题对中国司法部张军副部长的采访。
Along with the continued reform and improvement of the system of legal proceedings, judicial system and mode of trial in China, there have been very loudvoices for reforming the current judicial expertise system, strengthening unified management over judicial expertise and better regulating activities of judicial experts in the country over recent years. At its 14^th session held in Beijing on February 28, 2005, the Standing Committee of the 10^th National People＇s Congress （NPC） - China＇s top legislature - adopted the Resolution on Issues Concerning Management of Judicial Expertise, which is to go into effect on October 1, 2005.
