摘要
上世纪80年代初中国实施知识产权制度以来。特别是加入世贸组织的几年来，中国的知识产权保护水平得到了历史性提升．无论是法律法规建设、执法机构建设和依法保护实践等各个方面都取得了重大进展。我国已经建立起一个完整的、与国际保护标准接轨的知识产权保护体系，司法保护和行政执法力度进一步加大。公众的知识产权保护意识明显提高。我国用二十多年的时间，走过了发达国家上百年的知识产权制度发展历程。
Since China implemented the intel lectual property system in early 1980s, especially China＇s accession to the WTO at the end of 2001, the level of intellectual property protection in China has been historically improved. Nearly in every aspect, whether the laws and regulations, law enforcement authorities or practical legal protection of intellectual property, significant progress has been made. A complete intellectual property protection system has been established in China, consistent with the international standard of protection. The judicial protection and administrative law enforcement have been fortified, and the public awareness of intellectual property protection has been obviously strengthened.
