摘要
公证是一项古老的法律制度，需要随经济和社会进步而不断发展完善。目前，全国人大常委会正在审议《公证法》（草案），这将是中国内地第一部公证法律。回顾和检讨现有公证制度的发展历程，对于完善中国内地特色公证制度，具有重要意义。
Notarization is an old legal system, and is continuingly developing and being enhanced with the economic and social progress. At present, the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress of China is deliberating on the draft Law on Notarization, which will be the first law on notarization in the Chinese mainland. A review and analysis of the course of development of existing notarial system is of great importance for the enhancement of notarial system in the Chinese mainland.
