摘要
试验结果表明,在14~28℃恒温范围内,南美斑潜蝇的发育历期随温度的上升而下降。孵化率、化蛹率、羽化率、成虫产卵量与温度呈抛物线关系,产卵前期、产卵期、成虫寿命与温度呈线性负相关关系,均随着温度的升高而逐渐减少。内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)和净增殖率(R0)在不同温度下的大小顺序依次为:18℃>14℃>22℃>25℃>28℃,在18℃下的rm、λ、R0最大,分别为0.0506、1.0519、6.61。
Under constant temperature conditions in the range of 14 - 28℃, the duration of various stages of L. huidobrensis was shortened as temperature rose. The survivals of egg, larvae, pupae and total number of eggs per female all increased with temperature as parabola. The duration of pre-oviposition, oviposition, adult longevity and generation period all decreased with rising temperature. The sequence of innate capacity of increase (rm), finite rate of increase (λ) and net reproductive rate of the experimental population(R0) was 18℃ 〉 14℃ 〉 22℃ 〈 25℃ 〉 28℃. The maximum rm,λ and R0 under 18℃ were 0.0506, 1.0519, 6.61 respectively.
